The NIPKOW PROGRAMM is a programme designed to assist film and television professionals in expanding their knowledge, experience and contacts by providing grant-financed training through

Not only has the NIPKOW PROGRAMM established an extensive and flourishing network of film and media professionals throughout Western and Eastern Europe over the years, it has brought many European co-productions to the screen and forged the way for future European co-productions and partnerships.

Since its inception, the programme has been involved in the realisation of countless feature films, documentary films, shorts, and animation productions, be they digital or celluloid. Most of them have been international award-winners.
