Uta Ganschow - Managing Director of the NIPKOW PROGRAMM (since 1992)

has worked freelance for magazines and television. Conceived, researched and realized retrospectives and cinema exhibitions for the Stiftung Deutsche Kinemathek; edited documentation for the Berlin Film Festival; has taught film history at the Free University of Berlin and Marburg University, and screenplay techniques at the Film Akademie Berlin; has published numerous articles and essays.

Petra Weisenburger - Head of Studies

has written and directed several documentary film coproductions with France (LA SEPT), Germany (WDR, BR, SWF) and Portugal (RTP); has published specialist articles on films related to modern dance; was formerly resident dramaturge at the Ulm Theatre; has experience in marketing research.
